Fall Virtual Headache on the Hill Is September 29

AHDA will hold a virtual Advocacy Day on September 29, 2026. More than 250 constituent advocates are scheduled to meet with over 260 congressional offices to advance the HEADACHE Act and other legislative priorities.

This is a final concerted push during the 119th Congress. Advocacy Day meetings are where cosponsorships come from: a constituent describing what living with a headache disorder actually costs them does more in fifteen minutes than any amount of outside lobbying.

How to prepare

If you are joining, it helps to know where your own representatives already stand. Look up your district to see whether your House member and senators have signed on, and what headache care access looks like where you live.

If you are not attending but want your voice counted, sending a message to your representatives takes about two minutes.
